There is no one best way to use this site. Probably the easiest is just to go directly to areas you are currently studying, but you may miss out on a lot of extra material. For example, the presentations are quick to download and students have found them very useful. Also there are lots of revision materials available which you need to look at to see what works best for you.

All I would add is that you should try to use the site frequently rather than just in the run-up to exams :)
